For the 2nd test (Chinese language), is it the translation of the passage above or about another topic? Thx!
Lingvo_Amato
No, the first song is a famous English song "Edelweiss"
Edelweiss, Edelweiss
Every morning you greet me
Small and white, clean and bright
You look happy to meet me
Blossom of snow may you bloom and grow
Bloom and grow forever
Edelweiss, Edelweiss
Bless my homeland forever
The second song is the famous Chinese poem.
The following is the translation of the poem
Thoughts in the Silent Night
Li Bai
Beside my bed a pool of light---
Is it hoarfrost on the ground?
I lift my eyes and see the moon,
I bend my head and think of home.
I tested the two songs for the Livemocha Summer English and Chinese song festival. You may look into the page at;
