A typical day - Before, After, About
I usually wake up before 7:00am. After that, I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. Then I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00am and go to lunch at about noon. Then I return to the office and work from 1 o'clock until 6:30. Sometimes I watch television and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. I usually check email and watch television after dinner. I go to bed after 10:00pm.
