Describe your favorite restaurant in town. What is across the street from it? What is next door?

My favorite restaurant is chicken rice shop.There is a toy shop across the
street from it.The next door is burger shop.

I would combine the last two sentences. "There is a toy shop across the street, and a burger shop next door." What you have is correct, and the English language supports it, but like I said to a few people, combining sentences together adds that extra 'spice' to your writing. In the last sentence, the word 'the' should not be included, I do not know how else to say it, as in why, but it is grammatically incorrect.
